UNC Research Stories (formerly known as Endeavors), June 19, 2024

Our teammate, Seth, was recently interviewed by Research UNCovered, a biweekly series showcasing the many faces of research at Carolina.

Seth LaJeunesse is a senior research associate at the UNC Highway Safety Research Center and assistant director for the National Center for Safe Routes to School.

He studies how to accelerate the adoption of equitable and effective road safety and sustainable transportation practices — like walking, bicycling, and using transit — in the United States.

Seth works with our Communities on the Move and Youth in Action projects, working to change the built environment for safe and healthy modes of transportation and physical activity! We are so lucky to be working with such an incredible human being.
