Celebrating a Year of Women on the Move

What a wonderful way to end another year of Women on the Move! 💜 This week, during our end-of-year potluck, participants shared what they are thankful for, what they learned, and how they are applying those lessons in their everyday lives.

Over the past year, Women on the Move participants completed more than 3,720 minutes of physical activity. They built healthy habits, supported one another, and took meaningful steps toward improved well-being. Beyond the minutes, the program was about the friendships and encouragement that make it easier to keep showing up.

Thank you to our fitness instructors, coordinators, and participants for a year filled with movement, learning, friendship, and growth. We look forward to another great year together!
