Congratulations to our teammate Judit for winning this year's Remarkable Effort for Others Award
The award was presented at our HPDP Annual Meeting by her colleague, Gabby, who shared the following sentiments about Judit's nomination:
"Judit truly embodies the spirit of this award with her deep commitment to making sure everyone feels supported and valued. She is the driving force behind the Communities on the Move program and at every event, she is always the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring everything runs smoothly and offering help to anyone who needs it— all while making it fun. Whether working with the Youth in Action interns, garden managers, Women on the Move, or providing interpretation services, she brings positive energy and care to every interaction, making our programs more accessible in building deeper connections among community members, government officials, and UNC HPDP. Congratulations, Judit Alvarado, on winning the Remarkable Effort for Others Award!"
